Zesty Zucchini Bread--Karen Coleman

4 eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. orange juice
2 c. unpeeled, shredded zucchini
3 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour loaf pans, 2-4 depending on size. beat eggs in a mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredients in order, mixing throroughly. Pour into loaf pans. Bake for 35-45 minutes. Cool.
